The WORST defense attorney/Council I have ever had. Claimed me guilty at the first phone call WITH opposing witness statements. I had to read the Law and point out the fault in their statements. He said he would read it and never did. A third and contradictory statement was introduced in court and he chose not to point out the difference even at that time which leads to the likelyhood that he didn't read the original statements. Then he proceeds to hire a P.I. and he even claimed me guilty. Current counselor calls it a "Miscarriage of Justice". He just pushes Court Appointed Defendants thru with no consideration to the actually Law in the books. This has lead to unneccesary treatment in my life, a record I am absolutely ashamed and embarrassed of. It sounds horrible but calling his practice "Eagle Cap" is a disgrace to the American Justice System.
