More than a year ago, I needed an efficient and inexpensive divorce process. I asked a friend who had gone through a divorce, and she recommended Miss Knox. I'm glad I called Miss Knox because she delivered for me just like she delivered for my friend. Miss Knox also gave me great advice on how to delicately handle debit/credit cards during a separation. Perhaps most importantly, she respected the fact that I wanted to handle my divorce in a particularly moral way.

Fast forward to 2017. I needed legal advice for a rental situation. Over the course of only 15 minutes, Miss Knox shared so much valuable knowledge that I knew that there was no case. Her advice saved me a lot of time and taught me a lesson I needed to learn.

One final note: in regard to the negative review that says all Miss Knox cares about is getting your money, I do not believe this is true. In both instances where I needed her help, she saved me money that I might have very well lost to another lawyer. Miss Knox might talk a lot, but I find that I learn a lot of well-rounded information when I listen to her.

Brace Knox is extremely unprofessional. She doesn't have an Office. Meet in a coffee house. Doesn't listen to your concerns because you can't get a word in with her. She hears things one way and thinks they are another. Even after explaining to her that she must have heard you wrong. She contently talks down to you. She doesn't know how to do her job. She has to ask others how to do things.. She is more of a middle man lawyer.. She had to ask how to write up papers that I needed for my case. Over and over she would tell me well I talked to this person and this is what you should be doing.. Really? You have to go and ask someone else how to do your job? Finally after talking with her several times on the phone and her not letting me get a word in I got frustrated and told her that she needs to let me speak and for her to really listen to what I was saying. She got mad and began to talk down to me even more and wouldn't let me speak. I was trying to ask her a question and never got to ask it the whole time I was in the call with her. I said one sentence as soon as the call started. Then it was 5 mins of her going on and on about what others told her I should be doing.. Every time I would try and ask her my one question she said "I don't want to hear but but or stop interrupting me" I got frustrated and said, "Listen I am your customer you are not listening to me and my concerns I have paid you for your services do not treat me as if I am a child." She then hung up on me.. She sounds upset and cranky as soon as I starting talking to her. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what but you do not take it out on your customers. I am starting to wonder if she is even has her licence. If you use her please ask to see her licence first.

She really doesn't care about your case. She got her money and is like I'm done. That is how it felt. She told me if things did go one way we would try them another after today I do not feel like she was ever really invested in my case at all.

As a side note kinda sad she and someone else in her family had to give her a 5 star to get her reviews up!
