Review: Very unfortunate that I even have to give them any star at all. I called to make an appointment and I was greeted ever so rudely by an employee named Kim. She is very rude while I'm trying to get all my documents and give as much information to her so that I will be ready to meet with Mr. Puig and not waste anyone's time.
