I was on a interview with Mr. Puig in September 2017 to start my divorce case, since then seven months passed and he did NOTHING. I called number of times, no phone answers only answering machine to leave message, no one responded on my messages, I kept calling until four weeks ago finally paralegal answer my call. No apologies, only empty promises that my case is on Mr. Puig desk and will be taken care off. Since then four weeks passed again and nothing silence...! I move forward with another attorney Mr. Puig service worth nothing don't waste your time!!!

Very unfortunate that I even have to give them any star at all. I called to make an appointment and I was greeted ever so rudely by an employee named Kim. She is very rude while I'm trying to get all my documents and give as much information to her so that I will be ready to meet with Mr. Puig and not waste anyone's time. She interrupts and has no compassion for a "future paying client". Instead, I get laughed at when I am simply looking to pay for legal advice, obviously is because I need help. I want to fight in court, not fight with an associate! and Not to be rediculed and asked smart "a" responses. Obviously, I did not go to law school which is why I am calling and asking how the procedure goes. After the rude phone call, I look up online and find out that I am not the only one who seems to have a problem with this law firm. DON'T even waste your time. The PROOF is in the reviews. Luckily, I found another lawyer who can give me the answers that I need and deserve as a Paying Client. They should fire Kim! She must chase away alot of potential clients.

Great guy but what furthers me to give such a horrible review is simply because Mr. puig’s assistant. She. Is. So. Unbelievably. RUDE. I still can’t fathom how someone can possibly speak to clients the way she does. She is VERY unprofessional and lazy! She is extremely spiteful and will not relay important messages to Mr. Puig when you simply ask why she has such an attitude. I am honestly just in awe because I have never been spoken to the way she spoke to me. Unbelievable.
