RUDE, seemingly for no reason. Instead of forwarding the call to someone who could help answer my questions she aggressively reassured me that she is not a LAWYER and simply the receptionist and can not give advise. Its sad that she doesn't realize she represents a law office so, if she can not answer questions or provide appropriate feedback simply transfer to someone who can. Read More
