RUN ....Only giving one star because there isn't an option to leave none. My husband suffered an injury from a work accident and hasnt been able to work since. This office wasted 1.5 years of our lives. There were times he would show up to court and a representative sent by Richard Brian, who knew NOTHING about his case except for what he took the last 15 min to review. From then on my husband was told not to show up to the court cases at all which seemed strange. Horrible communication. Things that should have taken weeks took months because of laziness and what seemed to be, frankly, a lack of caring. We would be told things couldnt progress due to a letter or document they hadn't received then I would spend 20 min making phone calls and get it myself. Recently we were told that our case is "too difficult" for them to handle and let go.
