It’s difficult to put into words exactly what it meant to my husband and I to have Cynthia (Cindy) Danel and Lawrence (Guido) Gurrera from Edgar Snyder representing me after I was injured in a car accident last year. I could have not been more pleased with my experience from beginning to end. If it wasn't for Attorney Kondrot and his Paralegal Brenda being on my side, at times there is no way things would have turned out the way they did. Edgar Snyder & Associates was a wonderful firm to work with. I was told by a judge not to come back to court without a lawyer, and Edgar Snyder & Associates was the first firm to come to mind - mainly because of their reputation, but also their positive community philanthropy. So - I filled out the screening questions on my phone (it was very late), and was immediately contacted in the morning for further discussion. The entire process was simple and fairly quick.
Attorney John Belak was assigned to my case, and he was incredible. My life was pretty much in turmoil at the time, and he was patient, compassionate, and understanding when I was sidelined/distracted by another issue that I was forced to resolve (which happened multiple times). He was also very "down to earth", never making me feel inferior in any way.

I was on workman's comp and being harassed several times a week to settle I was not ready to settle yet. This is a law firm that only takes cases that are cut and dried. The only thing they fight for is their percentage of your settlement. If they don’t have a source like workers compensation or an insurance company to sue directly they are not going to help you. These are just rich lawyers getting richer off of class action lawsuits and workers compensation which comes from the government. The cases they take can be won by anyone. And they take 40% of your money for doing it. But that’s the American way!!!!!

The DQ is always a great place for ice cream or a quick bite. We have two DQs in our town and they're both clean places with a good staff.

Even though they were unable to take my case. they sent me to another great firm. They made sure i got the help i needed.
