This is a fantastic place for estate planning, especially if you have no idea where to start. I attended one of their free workshops given by Dan Reimer. Lots of information was given in a simple and precise manner that was easily understandable by all present. After attending the workshop, I decided to begin my estate planning with Mr. Reimer and couldn't be happier. They ask about all of your financial worries and concerns each week that you are there.They will set up your accounts exactly as you have in mind but, will also advise you if there is a better way to handle your particular concern. (Taxes, investments, etc.) All of our situations are unique and Dan had the answer for each one. Each week I left there feeling better than the week before. I don't know why I didn't make the time to handle this sooner as many of our accounts and policies were set up years ago and laws have changed so much over the years . Was very satisfied by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. The service was always great. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. My wife was in a nursing home and the government was trying to take a lot of my stuff and they helped me be able to keep it. I highly recommend them to everyone.

My wife and I received good service and a great product for our Revocable Trust. We also were provided with free training sessions prior to deciding to hire their attorney to do the work.

We began working with Heritage when my Mom and Dad were both alive. At first, I wondered what we were paying for. But now that both have passed and we are nearing the end of our journey, I feel that Heritage is well worth the money. Tim Sechler's advice and guidance was spot-on. When the daily care taker broke her hip, Heritage arranged for a nursing home to immediately take in both Mom and Dad until we could make arrangements for other care takers. Frequent changes in personnel meant that we had to bring people up to speed several times. But the overall experience was one I highly recommend to others.

Heritage Elder Law was very helpful with assisting me to navigate through all of the laws and options regarding the care of an ageing parent. They handled all of the applications and paper work during the entire process.
