I WAS ARRESTED IN LYCOMING COUNTY, AND MATTHEW SLIVINSKI WAS MY COURT APPOINTED COUNSEL. HE WAS RUDE DISRESPECTFUL. HE NEVER DID A THING FOR ME. HE KNEW I WAS INNOCNET AND LET ME PLEAD TO A CRIME I DID NOT COMMIT. MAYBE BECAUSE HE WAS NOT PAID, BUT HE STILL HAD A DUTY TO PROTECT A CLIENT. AND HE FAILED TO DO SO. I WENT TO PRISON FOR A CRIME I DID NOT COMMIT, HE COST ME MY FREEDOM, AND MY LIBERTY. MY CASE WAS EASY FROM THE START, A LAW SCHOOL STUDENT COULD OF GOT ME OFF. HIS INCOMPETENCE WAS BEYOND THE WORD, OF INCOMPETENCE.
