Sent them all of my medical documents from 8 months of visits & surgeries to review my case only to have them decline to take my case. On top of that, they lost all of my documents in the mail by attempting to return them as cheaply as possible. Never even received a reason or letter or decline. Had to call them to find out they declined.

Kept my records for 4 months - never returned my phone calls for follow up - then get letter January 2018 saying my case would not be accepted by their firm. did get one email December 2017 that asked how I was and that my records were reviewed - but then nothing else. Not happy at all with lack of contact and follow up by this firm. Waste of time.
