Mr. Weisberg is a wonderful man!

The attorney's and partner lie to their clientele to get their business. They lied to me and told me I had been discriminated against, then had me sign contract for representation with promise of recoup the legal fees that never happened. The retainer was a non refundable retainer. They filed nothing and tried to drop the case. After I realized i was being cheated i tried to leave the firm and get my retainer back. We are in court fighting today. He did no work on the case what so ever and expected to keep the entire retainer they are crooks. Their reviews are fake on their site as soon as I posted review they posted a rebuttal right under it. Log on to the court of common pleas Harrisburg PA and see the case in detail 2016-cv-09043-dj. They are crooks be warned. Tip from me: Do not be so depressed you do not do any research on your own. Ask many attorney aside from 1 or 2. In order to prove discrimination in my case I would have prove the defendant discriminated against a group of people of my health condition, I did not know that and Mr. Mahan didn't tell me either. My health provider used the defendant as a contractor for clients with special needs. I was aware of that and made Mr. Mahan aware of that. I didn't know the what the legal definition of what discrimination was. I was only concerned of my feelings at the moment. I was angry, embarrassed and mad he ended up using that against me to rob me. He and Mr. Larry Wiesberg are terrible greedy cruel people to do this. I'm angry because most of my life I've been in public service. I've helped people most of my life and to end up needing help and protection myself and being made a fool of its hard to swallow. My thoughts are they are the type of law firm that anyone that comes in their office signs for something whether they have a case or not.

If there were a 6th star, I'd have given 6 stars to McCarthy, Weisberg & Cummings, most especially Mr. Steve Mahan.

My case was complicated and, in the end, took more than 18 long, arduous months.

The attorney I met with was able to not only get me my unpaid wages and reparations, but was able to keep it from being dragged into court. By working with my previous employer and still getting what was due to me avoided the ugly, drawn-out process of suing someone.
