Mark is polite, detailed, and intelligent. He has been my lawyer and title agent through a few transactions with no issues. In my experience title companies always have issues due to their own incompetence. Mark had none which was impressive. Mark is a gentleman and a scholar; you'd be lucky to have him represent you.
