My post reflects what I've been experienced to.
Morgan and Morgan seems to be very professional and polite no doubt, but this firm is taking cases with a high probability to win. I feel a bit disappointed after that I got some evidence and in cases with extremely urgency I would suggest to every one The Attorney General Office of your State would be the best solution.
I'm sorry but I won't suggest this firm.

Lawyer new my employer, took the case and told me they would do x,y,z. Did not do x,y,z. Later asked for evidence they told me "not to get because it couldn't be used in the case" then denied telling me that. Tried to get me to settle (cared nothing about my injuries or concerns) and denied my case when I said I wanted to see a Dr.

Clean well lit stations with departure and arrival boards.

They signed me as to be represented by them then when we called back a receptionist said well if we haven't called you back within two weeks then we probably didn't want to take the case. When we've already been to their office appointment, to sign them as my.legal rep and the person wasn't listening, we said we were told to call for an update after 2 weeks, to see how far they got in helping me. But she said well if we haven't called you back then, yeah, I told you.
Not too bright I guess!! That's why I rated a 2 in their costumer's service department

If I could give no stars I would. I called them for a lawyer in New York for a car accident case. I was told I would get a call back from another firm that was more local to me. I waited a week and a half and still no call, so I gave them a call back myself. Upon my call back, the rudest woman had answered the phone and told me that my case was referred out. I had asked when I would be hearing back from someone and she could not even tell me if I would get a call within the same month. I asked for the information of the law firm my case was referred to and she had told me I should not be asking these questions, as she doesn’t know how to answer any of it. Such a disgustingly run business.

Untrustworthy spammers. Spam call constantly from various numbers so you can't block them. Ask them to take you off the list but the calls keep coming.

Lawyer scum! I contacted their New York office, next thing I know I'm getting calls from Orlando, Florida; I explain the particulars of my case, they tell me they weren't interested the minute they found out I didn't have money. So, after they reject me, they told me they'd refer me to a different office; which is how scam-artist lawyer screw clients out of more of their settlements; do the math, if law firm 1 gets up to 33% and law firm 2 receives 33%, what do you think is left? Beware of these lawyer scoundrels, they do this with talcum powder cases too; if you're in New York, make sure you're getting a New York lawyer and that your case will not be booted over to another empty suit of a lawyer.
