Contacted the office through the Bar Association in order to hire them to fix a Medical issue, Social Security related, something they do.
They provided us with this office's phone number.
We called them early on the morning and we were told they do not do this kind of work and hang up on us.

At 3:40pm we get a call from one lady who spoke Spanish to us, we have no issue since we speak Spanish and she was confused, she ask more information and she said that they will take her case and provided us with an appointment for the next day, and transferred us to another lady (her name was Daisy) who ask my Mother to fully detailed the case, AGAIN, this is the 3rd time she has to do this, My Mother does and when she is over Diana tells her, WE ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE YOUR CASE.

At this point we did not knew what to believe, if this was a game from them or if they are so ignorant and incompetent that they do not have much to do and call disabled persons who are in a serious medical need just to make fun of them and we realize that THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO.

If I am you I will not hire them, we hang up on them, but the Brooklyn Bar Association must not include nor recommend them to anyone them in their listing because this office play with people's need.
