My mom was a client with this firm for her workers compensation case, every hearing she had, she had to deal with a new attorney that some what had an idea of what they were going to talk about in court. They will at most meet with you for 5 minutes before seeing the judge and if is something some what complicated they will say we "we will deal with it next time we come to court and unfortunately the issues will never got addressed specially M&Ts. We had a paralegal that will never return our calls and lost our paper work and when we called to find out what was taking so long they had no clue what we were talking about. Had to resend everything and still ran into trouble. Some paralegals that answer the phones are very rude and have no patience when asked about certain issues and when asked if we could speak with an attorney, attorneys will some how always be in court and never returned calls. My advice is, if you're dealing with comp, you can also call the board and examiners will actually provide you with more accurate and useful information.

I have 3 months since my accident and like a comment that I saw little I am not attended to either and after 3 months I have not resolved anything at all, even my legal assistant does not really care for me.

I am client with this firm and if you want answers referring to your case you will not find them here . I have to call almost 20 times a day to speak to my paralegal and for some odd reason when I call he is never available. I have reached out to him via email,voicemail and through receptionist and still no answer. When I finally spoke to someone regarding my case it was another paralegal who knew absolutely nothing about my case and asked my do I still want to persue my case . I am 100% disabled and I go to therapy 3times a week I make every appointment set for me I follow all my doctors directives and I am still without compensation where my attorney is supposed to help me but they are to damn busy for me. I do not recommend them

Staff member at 2053 Flatbush Ave., was very rude, abrasive, disrespectful and presumptuous. After sitting waiting for about 25 minutes, for the man at the desk to finish a call telling another client disappointing news, I was greeted with attitude. He told me I didn't have a workers comp case against a major Delivery company. I have torn ligaments, arthritis amongst a list of other things wrong with my knee. If having surgery to repair the damage isn't proof enough, and this ridiculous man is the face they choose to represent them, then I'll glady take my problems elsewhere. First impression is everything, and based on that experience, I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone. No need for you to try to complain about his behavior or schedule an appointment at another location seeking professionalism from this lawfirm. He seems to be in cahoots with the receptionist at the main number, so your concerns will definitely fall upon deaf ears.
