Walked in for a consultation regarding a car accident several months ago. I was injured and was unsure what my rights were and what I could do about it. My first impressions were nothing short of amazing! After only a few minutes I met with a lawyer. Mr. Held brought me into his office and I explained the situation. He not only explained to me what I could do but also explained it in a way that I understood. The staff was friendly and very kind. This office is run like a family which I felt a part of. I highly recommend this law firm to everyone!

Worse customer service ever , never ever answered any phone calls or messages and if they answered the person you are looking for is never in there . I have been in several law offices and have never in my life encounter a place like this that lacks so much professionalism. If you have a choice definitely DO NOT come or use this law office at all,you will be extremely frustrated.
