After paying $6000 I am not able to get hold of my file and my case is still pending. The receptionist was really nice and tried to help but Susan told her not to give me my file. Even though I was going to pay for the service. I was told to never contact the law firm again.

Horrible staff!!! I called this office multiple times for an appointment and nothing. Finally I get an appointment and they call to say that Mrs. Henner won't be the office but there will be another attorney there to help me. I make the 1hr trip from Upstate to White Plains to find out NO ATTORNEY was in and I would have to reschedule. Thanks for the so called courtesy call that I never received! Stick to Manhattan lawyers, there has to be a reason she's in Westchester and not the city.
