BEWARE OF THIS ATTORNEY: I only gave him one star because I had to so I could leave a review. He deserves NONE! I hired Bryan Salamone for my divorce. He took a retainer then assigned one of his flunkies to my case. He sent the new guy into court for me who was inexperienced while he was in the court room next door working on another case. On the break he pressured me into signing a stipulation to leave the marital residence even though I was crying and telling him I had no where to go with my 3 young children. He didn’t care that I had no where to go and he continued to say to me “trust me, I’m good friends with Judge Quinn, he comes to me when he needs a reference when he’s running for election. I know him and I’m good friends with him and you need to leave the house before the trial starts and this way you’ll be ahead of the game and out of the house with the kids before the trial starts.” After leaving court I tried contacting Bryan multiple times and he didn’t return any of my calls. I had to find a new attorney after being forced out on the street with my little ones all because of Bryan Salamone.

I engaged the services of Bryan Salamone in October, 2015. My case was a contested Father’s Rights matter, and I had already fired two other attorneys, including a gratis court-appointed one. I have never had a very high opinion of lawyers, but in having worked with Bryan to help ultimately settle my matter, I can say that I have actually come to truly respect him over the course of the past three years. At all times, I found him to be professional, polite, and courteous. More than this, he was really quite friendly, and I valued that greatly, as it made the onerous work of fighting a brutal legal case that much more bearable. I also sincerely appreciate how he was willing to work with me to help keep costs low, in many ways. He proved to me that my case really mattered to him as a person, and that he was not simply running up hours to bill. Finding the phone number of this law firm on the internet Doreen, the paralegal, was informative, helpful, polite and courteous and answered all of my questions.

I needed someone who could get things done quick and Mr. Salamone has the largest Firm so he was always prepared. At $290 per hour he is reasonable. Going to Court with him was an experience he really is well known and I trusted his business smarts when we got to the finalcials. Stay away from Bryan Salamone and his law firm. The owner Bryon Salamone is rude, obnoxious, arrogant, unprofessional and self centered. He is more worried about his $5000 suits, his alligator shoes, his yellow Bentley and the news write-ups than he is about his clients. The office personal are just like their boss ! The don't give a dam about you. It takes days even weeks to return phone calls or emails. I left after 2 1/2 years because nothing gets done. Any employee or client that has left him is smart. Avoid using this firm.

Bryan Salamone’s office is nothing short of outstanding. I trust this office with all of my legal needs. I retained Bryan L. Salamone and Associates in the middle of my custody matter since I was highly unsatisfied with my prior attorney’s representation. Karolina Krasnyanskaya, Esq. was assigned to handle my case. At first I was very weary of changing attorneys mid-case, but in the end I was so happy that I finally did. The absolute worst.
I ended up being treated very poorly once the attorney who was working on my case left .
I was never notified, I had heard nothing for quite awhile and when I called to see what was happening. It took quite a while before they could find my file. I had no idea the attorney left and I was left hanging.
Long story short. Someone dropped the ball and i feel because I live out of state , I was forgotten and my file lost. I got treated horribly and the attorney who finally was assigned my case treated me like she worked for my ex husband instead of representing me.

There is nothing easy about going through a divorce or trying to figure out everything with the children. Dealing with Ashley has been nothing but a pleasure. Epitome of the bad things you hear about lawyers. I had an uncontested divorce that I had already filed but, it kept getting rejected and I couldn't understand why. It was a simple fix of using the correct "language" so I needed a lawyer. Bryan met with me, fed me a bunch of lies and then passed my case of to someone else and I have had problems with it ever since. This firm didn't even file the paperwork in the right county! I mean COME ON. I was charged fees that I had already paid and although I was told I would get a refund it has been months and I have yet to receive it. No one responds to my calls or emails either. Do not use him (or this firm) for anything easy because you get put on the back burner to those who can feed him more money, more money, more money! Epitome of the bad things you hear about lawyers.

Steer clear of this firm and do not hire. Every low rating of 1 star or less is well deserved. Bryan L. Salamone & Associates PC was hired to represent me in a family matter with an estimated total cost of $5,000 or less. A process that should have taken a maximum of six months was stretched out over twelve months and ended with “fees paid” totaling more than $20,000, an unresolved legal matter, a collection of $5,000.00 and the gall to threaten me with a lawsuit. The firm made legal decisions that were not prudent and cost me time and money. My original attorney abruptly quit the firm in the middle of my case and the new attorney’s behavior made it apparent that he was not thrilled about his new caseload. Today, I am no further along in my legal process than I was before I retained Bryan L. Salamone & Associates PC and am required to hire new counsel to finish what was left incomplete. Initially, they treat clients kind to take their money. However, in the end you will find that staff from the top (Bryan L. Salamone) down to the paralegals are extremely rude, unprofessional and uncaring about the outcome of your case. I'm appalled by this law firm. I just came from a Free Consult regarding a complex divorce situation. Firstly, the welcoming staff, not at all friendly. Then the attorney they assigned me, who was not Bryan, which is who I wanted, basically just talked down to me. I couldn't get a word in let alone a question or explanation of my situation and everything he was throwing at me completely contradicted what I have experience in the past which made me feel he wasn't very good at his job. I ended up just getting overwhelmed crying and walking out because he had me feeling like i was legit being bullied. I need someone who is going to actually listen and earn my hundreds of dollars an hour! Shame on you Jeff & receptionist!

If I could give this office negative stars I would. We chose Brian Solomon because he had the cheapest retainer fee. We met with him and he was a good talker it is a friend of mine who’s getting divorced. He and his wife were only married for 3yrs but we have a 10yr old daughter together. Other then that we had no assets to be divided, we didn’t own a home, we each had our own cars, our own credit cards so basically there was nothing to split, we had a join bank account that I took out a little less then half leaving her more then enough money to get her and my daughter a nice place and get started. Brian said oh this will be no problem 6 months and all this will be over it’ll barely cost you anything don’t worry about a thing. Well 6 months turned into 2yrs and & $30,000. I never saw the inside of a courtroom and they did absolutely nothing for me. After all this I was told the case would be settled bu the next court date. When the next court date came 1 of the 3 different lawyers that I was never told I would my council would be changed came out and told me she couldn’t get the case settled and would have to go to trial. She said for trial it’s a $6000 retainer fee and that wouldn’t include any of the court appearances or work to be done for the trial. Like how they charged me $300 for travel fee for my lawyer to go to and from court. I dropped them as my lawyers. They are complete crooks and did nothing but take my money and make empty promises. I wouldn’t recommend this law firm for my worst enemy. I could have represented my friend better then this firm.

This guy is a money pit and will do nothing for you! His associate Mark is even worse! They are like chihuahuas in the court room and basically give in to what the opposing side wants. DO NOT GO WITH THEM. They will not do the job for you. You'd be better off with an attorney from the penny saver honestly. If I could give zero stars I would. I do not reccomend this attorney whatsoever.
