Do not recommend this firm. They keep changing their attorneys on you as they keep leaving the firm. The hourly rate and contingency is all a hoax. They will keep padding hours and bill you for work not done and keep enlarging the time of your case without your knowledge or consent with the opposition till they collect their $ 20-25000 from you. Then they will not care if you win or loose as they would have made their money. As for Mr. Bell himself please do not be fooled with the free consultation in which he will convince you that he specializes in your type of case to entice you.

I initially contacted Jonathan Bell in regards to a Federal disability retirement application. I was impressed with the responsiveness, expertise, and professionalism of the staff. When it came time to find an attorney for an EEOC it was not a difficult decision. Very happy client.

Throughout my entire career I had never before had any employment issues until, as a DoD civilian, I found myself within a group of military male managers who treated women as unequal to men. As the senior woman within my directorate, I did my best to stand up for myself and other women by following the EEO process and working out an agreement with the agency, but when the agency breached that agreement, I realized that I needed professional assistance. Mr. Yankovich filed a breach of agreement motion with the agency, but the agency rendered a decision upholding its actions. Mr. Yankovich then appealed the decision to the EEOC. My experience working as a city letter carrier for the USPS in Shreveport, Louisiana was an absolute nightmare. In the beginning of my career, things were great until I sustained injuries on the job.
