I did my reasearch with attorneys and a majority of them made me just feel like more work they have to deal with. Eric charges a flat fee for DUIs, and to just talk about my situation (before I hired anyone) he was extremely helpful in letting me know the current laws and regulations. He was someone that I could call anytime, and if he was busy that day he would get back to me right away. Eric is well versed in the circumstances I was in. He was there for my adjournment meeting in court and handled all my paperwork without me having to be there. On my assigned court date he was extremely professional and was by my side the entire time even after the judgement was made. Eric also stayed there to get everything taken care of with the county clerk (the court mistakenly handled my paperwork). I would highly recommended Eric Chandler as an attorney, he treated me like a person not a paycheck. I lucked out getting a great guy like this to help me out!
Thanks Eric for your help.
I strongly recommend him.
He evaluated what was best for me and always asked me what my thoughts were and took them into consideration when the court day came.
The outcome of the case was the best scenario and in a form of appreciation I wanted to pay him what I would have paid in court costs and tickets had I lost the case, but he denied and said that he was doing his job and it was not ethical to accept an extra amount, which speaks of the professionalism of Eric.
He is located right next to the court house which makes it extremely convenient, also want to mention that he allows you to pay him monthly which gives you room to administer your expenses.
(Aside from his legal prowess, Eric was also empathetic to the financial constraints of a recent college graduate, and worked with me to develop a mutually amicable payment plan/timeline.)
