I went into Hong Law around 2015 to file for Bankruptcy. At first they were very friendly, easy to talk to and I was able to get the information I needed for the class I was required to take and information I was required to submit. But they never actually scheduled the bankruptcy. A few months go by with not a word from them despite them having already been paid for the Bankruptcy so I reach out again, I have to retake the course and then they just didn't follow through and schedule the court date for a second time. As a result here we are in 2020 and I have a auto loan that is now garnishing my wages all because they don't have personal accountability or accountability towards the clients they serve. Buyer beware!
