We sought out Mr. Erkonen due to a horrible tenant back in March, the tenant refused to pay rent and her lease was not over with until July 31 of this year. Unfortunately, Mr.Erkonen did the opposite of what we asked him to do. He continued to try to come to a resolution with the tenant instead of starting the eviction process. Finally when he did start the process he told me that the sherriff was behind come to find out he never even sent the paperwork to have the tenant served. He charged my husband and I $1500.00 for nothing. He filed the eviction in small claims under the wrong case which now has prolong my case. I had to end up terminating his services because of his lack of care and following instructions on how we wanted to approach this tenant. Retaining him was a waiste of our time and effort. He also continued to set our case for status prior to even getting in front of a judge. I had to hire another lawyer to get the job done that we hired Mr. Erkonen to do. Please be weary if you choose to go with him. You will have to follow up behind him and then be told lies that he did something that he didnt do. Causing ultimately you even more money than it cost to complete a case. I was very disappointed because he led me to believe that he would fight on my behalf as a landlord, unfortunately that wasnt the case.
