I called to change representation and was told they couldn't help me because they know the law firm I'm dissatisfied with. Really sad to tell a potential client you can't help. I'm a member of Ironworkers Local 1. While this firm did good for me several years ago, my wife did not end up so fortunate. After she suffered permanent nerve damage from an injury at work, 12 years of pain and almost constant headaches (& a lifetime more to endure), loads of medications (and the side effects to go with it), the loss of a job, difficulty in obtaining employment due to medical restrictions, not to mention the strain on our family... the amount this firm was able to recover does not come close to cover our out-of-pocket expenses or the medical reimbursement we are liable for. She has a lifetime of medical expenses & painful procedures ahead that will be a severe strain on us...

...update... Bill's who started coming in and we are going to be in severe debt because the settlement did they told us would cover everything doesn't even come close... The worst experience with a law office I've ever had!

I broke my wrist at work and the company's workers comp did not even want to pay for a ct scan to x-ray me. It was excruciating and I went with this law firm ...thank goodness I did. That forced the employer to at least get me medical care. I cannot think I would still have proper use of my wrist if it had not been for them ....I got a decent settlement at the end of care for my wrist. ..and good help and explaination of what to expect. Each attorney has too many clients. Calls are not always returned in a timely matter. Emails are are the same way. Results were good. Had to push my case alot in order to get things done quickly due to high caseloads.

They don't care about smaller cases took 5yrs to get 4000 dollars, lots of smoke and mirrors from beginning to end.

I got hurt over 2 years ago and everything you read, everything they tell you believe it! It's true if you need H.H.A. You're in a situation where you still don't quite get the complexity of everything going on but They (HHA) do understand! They understand EVERYTHING they're there for these people. People just like myself. Your average hard-working individuals, who get hurt no fault of there own yet WE are among the most vulnerable people in the state! We(Injured workers have no real advocate in a state run/government flawed work comp system) So instead of trying to fight reality I realized I NEEDED someone that could actually put up a fight and had the Superstar Staff I needed!(I just didn't know it yet but H.H.A was there and is still there!) Even when I completely broke down mentally, and physically they were there for me! Cassandra called me to see how I was doing (she called multiple times and im a pain in the rear...so that's unheard of). That doesn't happen! But when you're at a law firm that has no corporate interests you are their 1 and only interest and from everyone including and especially Cassandra* to Dan and Wade and even the receptionists when you call in! You matter...I matter and they know who you are and they're there for us every day fighting for you and I.
