He initially made claims and ensured me certain orders were mandatory; of which he was mistaken.
I was encouraged to allow my ex husband to purchase a very expensive house before I was given back my personal belongings or money owed; guess what? I got neither!
I put down $9,000 and traded in my pre marital vehicle for a car purchased during marriage which I was paying for after separation along with the mortgage though I was no longer in home or in possession of.vehicle, I STILL had to give ex half the value of car at time of separation and didn’t receive compensation for mortgage. I paid off two credit cards and 2 timeshares, neither was reimbursed.
My ex husband entered our marriage with $300,000 in debt without my knowledge and lost three jobs while together. I was still ordered to give him percentage of retirement.
Even though I received no retribution whatsoever, he sued me for last $3000 on top of $10K already paid, before I received any money from ex.
His priority is HIS payments; he is not in profession to help others.
