PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU HIRE ATTORNEY O'BRIEN!! Now I never write reviews, however I am absolutely compelled to write this one, simply because I don't want anyone else dealing with this Attorney O'Brien! I hired him years ago, he did a good job for me then, so I actually referred 3 more people to him. And now my wife got into an accident over 2 years ago, so I naturally used him again. Now I don't know what's happened in the last few years since I last used him and sent him the referrals I did, what I do know is that he has become the most unprofessional, discourteous, and incompetent person, never mind attorney, that I have the displeasure of dealing with. You would think that after making money off of me, and the 3 referrals I sent him, that he would be a little more helpful with now my wife who is using him. However, that couldn't be further from the truth. Since we hired him over 2 years ago, he has yet to even sit down with my wife to discuss ANYTHING at all, let alone inform her of the process and how this works. After 2 years of my wife calling into work to make court appointments that end up getting canceled, he still has yet to speak to my wife directly. She has missed already 4 days of work for no reason because they always canceled without notice the same day! Needless to say we are completely lost in this process. After all of this, I reached out to speak to Gregory O'brien to make him aware of our dissatisfaction, and his reply was "if your not happy with me find someone else." I am not kidding. Those were his exact words!! 2 years, 4 lawsuits that I referred to him that he clearly made money on later, and this is the response I get. If you don't like it find someone else!!?? WOW!! I guess he has so much business now, partially because of me, he seems to not need me, or my business now. It burns me up because there isn't much my wife and I can do about it now. It has been 2 years!! His attitude is the worst that I have ever dealt with in any form of dealings with anyone. I regret using him ever at all and highly recommend none of you use him or I promise you you will be dealing with the same attitude and lack of results my wife and I are dealing with now. The world needs to know about this guy. He thinks he can talk to people however he feels like and there will be no consequences. Let's show him he's wrong. In the internet era other people will know how you treat your customers. I hope this review saves someone the aggravation of dealing with this unprofessional Attorney.

The best personal injury firm

The other insurance company didn't want to compensate for the injuries that I sustained from a motor vehicle accident but these guys made sure that I got the justice that I deserved.

Unless your claim is worth millions, you won't matter to them. Sure, they'll take your case, but the attorney you thought you hired will pass you off to who ever is available.

They didn't do anything to fight for me... Never kept me in the loop, disregarded requests I made, and didn't advise me until after I settled about all the fees I had to pay on top of their 1/3 cut.

Should have gone to a lesser known firm / attorney who would have treated me like I was worth a million dollars!

Poor decision on my part!!! Not only am I still dealing with the constant pain from the accident, but I also received hardly any compensation after dealing with this for almost 2 years!!! Think twice before hiring this law firm to represent you!!! You'll wind up with nothing and they'll wind up taking it all!
