I would highly recommend Art Kurtz at Axley. I had met with other family practice attorney's, and the second I met with Art I felt like family. Let's face it, divorce is not an easy matter especially when you have children involved. From the beginning he assured me that the children would be his number one priority and he did just that. Since my family matter, I have sent numerous people to Art and all have had an excellent experience. I wish there was more stars to rate his service on. Was charged a thousand dollars more than quoted for help with an uncontested divorce involving about 10 emails and 30 minutes in court. Then I was sent a bill via email that went to my spam folder. I never received another email or phone call informing me that I had an outstanding balance for several months and then had a late fee added. I emailed them paying in full but said that their sending bills to email and not mail or a phone call wasn't the best idea and got a catty response from their billing person. I would never go here again.

We did our estate planning with Axley. The process was very simple, thorough and fairly priced. I'd recommend Axley to anyone looking to get a their estate plans in order!

My experience using Axley attorneys has been fantastic. I have retained other attorneys in the past and they just don't measure to the service offered by Axley Brynelson. Unlike my past experiences, I am not routed through operators and assistants when I call, rather, my actual attorney is always accesible. I have also never felt it was "all about billing" at Axley. They have completley proven to me that my best interest is their primary concern even if that means that they take on less work.
