Very nice and helpful

I went in and had a meeting with Tracy Jones, she was quick to get my case filed, that's where the good news ends. I called with a question & was told that a different attorney had my case now & that a customer service representative would call me back, 2 to 3 days went by with no call back. Same thing happened a second, however the csr did call me back 2 or 3 days later, but I wasn't around my phone, she left a voicemail & I called back 10 minutes after she called me & I was told that she was on another call (this was around 2:00 pm), I hadn't received a call by 4:45 pm so I called back and was told that the csr had left for the day. It appears that their clients are just dollar signs. I fired this law firm and moved on to a better one. I called my new attorney today (9-12-2018) to find out about my case, only to be told that Tracy hasn't signed & returned the release form for my case ( it's been 3 weeks ) so my case is at a standstill because of black & jones & my new attorney can't do any work on my case because of it.

Poor representation

I went into Black & Jones basically searching for answers. I was turned away from a couple other firms and I was in an unfamiliar process with a bunch of questions. Tracy Jones took the time to answer all my questions, returned my phone calls, and set my mind at ease. She and her team were very professional and courteous. I was very pleased with everything they did for myself and my family. And they have my confidence and referral.

1st red flag, you walk in ...bullet-proof glass; and it was all down hill from there. The whole time of my case, I never knew who my actual attorney was .. there was always someone different stepping in. I think the best way to describe this place is a 'Run of the mill' law firm. They get whatever they can get from the insurance company and push it off on you.

These attorneys know what to do to help people in workers comp. cases. I highly recommend this law firm.

Very detailed and committed to clients

Injured on the job. Work Comp case with large insurance company. Hired Black and Jones 6 years ago when the case began. Met Mr. Jones once briefly and then never again. About a year or more into the case, the attorney working my case left the firm. I was calling and Black and Jones was acting like he just wasn't in. They never told me that my attorney was gone and I never got a personal call or explanation when I found out what happened. My attorney and I found each other and he's the best around. Always fights for his clients. Returns calls and answers emails. I felt no personal attention from Black and Jones at all. If I could give zero stars I would. The best choice you could make would be Gesmer & Reynolds

This lawyer group helped me win my case

I choose this firm for my workers comp case. I am started to regret it before my settlement has even been determined. I am never up dated as to the process, what is going on, etc. I have to initiate contact for any communication. The reason I am leaving this review is to let people know of the sarcasm you will deal with of any one answering the phone. They speak to you with a lack of professionalism, undermine your intellect, and just leave you with a general sense of "I'm so sorry I called and asked a question". I wouldn't use the firm again even if the settlement is acceptable.

Took almost a week to return my initial phone call so hired a better attorney

Tracy Jones , in 2016-17 handle a workman's comp case for me and she was awful she did a awful job she almost never return calls but tell a lie and say she did she will fabricates the details to you her client this Ms. Jones forget she works for you she only think of only herself my opinion Ms Jones is NOT a good Lawyer... she is awful...

When I first came to the office and met with Jason, I was truly at one of the lowest points of my life. After being denied for disability due to multiple sclerosis and my inability to work to support myself, I was in such a desperate place. I was treated with kindness and respect during my entire interactions with everyone at Black and Jones. It did take a long time for me to finally get to my hearing, but I was fully supported emotionally anytime I reached out to the office. Ultimately I was determined eligible for benefits, and I am forever grateful for the help I received from Jason, Laura, and Stephanie and the countless other people in the office who helped me in the process.

They are so warm and welcoming until you sign the papers. Then there is absolutely NO communication on their part. No compassion or understanding for the clients injury and situation. It is all about their money and how much THEY will get. Never once were they concerned with my injury or the healing. Ms. Jones was the most unsympathetic, cold person I have ever met (beyond the company I worked for). It was blatantly obvious she literally did not care about my concernes or the way the I was being treated by the company I worked for. I was assaulted by the Dr opposing counsel hired to examine me. Black and Jones attitude was, we know that physician has a horrible reputation but it happens, oh well! The firm gave up any fight once they learned there was no money it in for them. Dont fall for their commercials. Everything horrible people say about attorneys is true and applies to my experience with Black and Jones.

If it wasn't for other people & organization's out there to help people I would be hungry & homeless. Thank you all! BLACK AND JONES ARE THE WORST

Started off with this lawyer, switch when it became clear I was just another number with dollar signs after my name. So many better lawyers who care about their clients go to one of them!!!
