Could not have asked for a better experience. Jennifer was amazing working with my family and so knowledgeable in all the questions we had. I felt very comfortable and did not feel like she was stalling for more billable minutes like other offices in Madison we had used in the past.

The most unprofessional and rude law firm I have ever come across. My girlfriend flew to Madsion from Washington D.C. in large part to attend a trial as a representative of her fathers as he is in a nursing home. She called and emailed multiple times last week to discuss the hearing only to not get a return phone call or email. She now finds out the Jennifer Annen is out of town due to a death in her family. I am sorry, however, could she not of returned the call to tell my girlfriend that she had to reschedule the hearing? Or have someone in her office do it? NO she didn't. So now my girlfriend has to represent herself. The secretary at the firm, who refused to give her name, told my girlfriend that she couldn't help her, didn't know when Ms Annen would be back, and HUNG UP ON HER!!!!!!!!!!!! I then called and VERY nicely asked if she could at least tell me what court the trial was and at what time. She told me that nobody in the office has access to Ms. Annen's schedule and she couldn't help me and HUNG UP ON ME. Do yourselves a favor. Stay as far away from this firm as possible. They are rude, unprofessional, and utterly incompetent.
