0 stars . To begin with first initial consultation MR.Mark Brynteson had me wait 1 hr just to meet with another attorney that wasn't going to handle my case . Then this other attorney did not want to shake my hand . The rest of the staff where professional and polite . These 3.5 star attorneys need to get there head out of their you know where . Worse 2 hrs wasted of my life !

Attorney Ainsworth and Cammy Cushman were the absolute best in resolving what was a difficult case to day the least and my family thanks them for their combined efforts!

Great at starting and helping with a case they accept, but no communication at all.

Worst experience ever! I was given their info because they were in my network. 1st appointment started with a cheesy advertisement on the TV in their lobby (which they turned on after I sat down). I was stuck there for 3 hours before they started even speaking with me (which took only 10 mins). On the second visit they told me my cost from them would be $2700 for defending my careless driving traffic ticket and would take several court appearances. Max fine was listed as $2500 - so total potential cost could have been $5200. They were more like salesmen then lawyers. The atmosphere felt very shady so I walked out after the second visit. I went to my car and called a different lawyer. After only 1 court appearance I took a $250 fine. I was still charged by American Law Firm for 4 hours of work when they never ultimately took my case because I walked out before they could. Sad thing is, they also consider themselves a Christian business - clearly for publicity only! Talked to a couple of different people and they had much worse experiences from them. Very shady and awful, BEWARE!

They were eager to take the case but months later, we still have no answers. The staff is rude when you call and always have excuses, no one returns messages.

Broken promises. Hired them to help get my drivers license back and gave them 3000.00 to be told the same things the hearings officer told me for free. Hired them in 2013. Asked for a refund in 2016 (over 2 years of them doing nothing) I was told they had a computer crash and my problem was least priority and it would take weeks. Finally got a break down of expenses in March 2017 that says I have used over 2500.00. 81.25 several times for the attorney to talk to the lead attorney and another 81.25 for him to talk to his assistant. Wow, I must have a real profile case. All these attorneys on 1 case that never did anything but take my money, not even a phone call. A free consultation gives you time to say your problem but for their response get out your check book.

Would give them a zero if I could. Paid them over $3000 to get visitation for my son to see his daughter. Lawyer never showed up to 2 court dates, cancelled appointments once we got to the office. Fired them in February and am still waiting for a refund. Won't answer my phone calls back. Received a letter that they now want $1400 more from me! Filed a complaint with BBB and they ignored it. Will be contacting the attorney general next

I had used the American Law Firm to gain custody of my four children. I met with attorney Zachary Townsend explained my situation to him, and he let me know the flat out the good points of my case and the bad things that might be a issue. I liked the way he didn't beat around the bush and fill my head with crap. Once I decided to go on with the case Attorney Townsend was right there on track getting things filed asap. Also He kept in contact with every step of the way either by phone or text every time I needed to talk to him he seemed to be available and if not I was receiving a call back in a short time, usually due to him being in court witch is understandable meaning that it is him job, witch I understand completely.
