I hired Attorney Patrick O'Neill from PKSD after enduring a significant car crash leading to three surgeries and a long recovery. I really appreciate what Pat has done for me throughout the duration of the case. I have been very satisfied with the personalized service from him and his team throughout the case. Not impressed, take your business somewhere else, Ms Johnson was rude, they did not return or contact me unless I initiated contact, I felt that Mr Kalkoff did not press the insurance company to get a larger settlement , he did tell me three times that this was the final offer and he and pksd firm thought it was fair and I may not get anymore, I asked that he contact them again , and he did , insurance co increased the settlement offer it took over a year to settle, ultimately I did settle for less than I thought was fair, I would not recommend this firm, I sent a review to pksd, waited for them to contact me to explain or reassure me , again no response so here it is, I would not recommend them to anyone, find another law firm

Office staff were wonderful and always kind. Rebecca was very professional and she stayed on top of everything pertaining to my case. PKSD(Rebecca Domonitz), was the only lawyer that was willing to take my case. She really had to work hard to take on a major oil company and make them take responsibility for my injury. I broke my leg using the vacuum stand at the gas station. The vacuum was placed on uneven ground surrounded by loose decorative rocks. Rebecca got them to admit the unsafe placement caused my injury and got me a surprisingly super settlement!! She spoke with the VA hospital financial lawyer and got them to accept a fraction of what I owed, so I could keep more of my settlement.

As a result of everything Rebecca did on my behalf, she brought attention to the unsafe conditions at this service station resulting in the company correcting the unsafe area, ensuring no one else could be injured as I was.

My mother's case was turned down by one Attorney. I went to Mr. Pittman and he ended up getting a substantial settlement for my mother which is in a memory care center. It took a while but that is normal for a busy attorney.
At times there was frustration with the office staff.

The people that talk to you online in live chat are pleasant but then you don't hear back from them at all it would be nice to know if I had a case or not but I guess not since I didn't hear anything back how rude and very unprofessional. I will never contact them again about anything.

Horrible service i called nd the attorney nvr called me back. Then when i called back a few days later i was left on hold for a long time. Trust me dont call them its a waste of time.

I called there office from my hospital room. Talk with I thought was an attorney. Who by the way didn't introduced himself. After an attempt to explain my case. The gentleman put me on hold for several minutes. Being in the hospital of course and my reason for calling. Made it hard to stay on hold so I hung up. I don't think I'd use them as they seem none caring. Etc.

I was not an actual client of PKSD, however about six months ago I needed to retain an attorney for an accident and I submitted a request for them to review my case online. Never heard anything. Waited a week and called to have my case reviewed. Told an attorney would call me back within 24 hours. Nothing. Waited a few days and submitted another request for a case review online. No response. After three attempts to retain them as attorneys for my case I never heard anything back. Perhaps they thought my case wasn't strong enough (it was, I settled for $225,000) but any professional attorneys office should at least call and give you that information. Would NEVER do business with them.
