My experience with Gruber Law has been very pleasant. My lawyer William Waltenberger a.k.a Bill is one heck of an attorney. He is down to earth, does not play any games and gets right to the point while going to battle for you. He is funny, witty and friendly. I haven't had the pleasure of meeting him in person and shaking his hand just yet but when I do I will give him a giant hug! He made me feel like a friend and that my case was important even though it was not a huge lawsuit ticket amount for him. He talked with me by phone and email through the full year and a half of treatments and negotiations. My Gruber Law office experience far exceeded my expectations!
Immediately following my accident I knew if I called I would never have to deal with the bills or collectors. I was advised to do this correctly would require some patients. Gruber law is a joke. They will only take cases that dont invlove any work or research. These arent real lawyers. They are just lobbyist for insurance companies. You should be ashamed of selling out to big business and calling yourself a lawfirm. Gruber law is an insurance lobbyist company, there is no real law practiced there.

Personable, understanding staff. Excellent communication. Good results. I had my accident on a Sunday afternoon...while the Packers were playing. A lawyer called me back within 30 min. I work nights, they made sure that they did not try to call me until late afternoon. Some how most places 'forget' that simple request. I hope I don't need them again, but If I do....one call!

I've had dealings with Gruber Law office for several occasions, which my representatives where Angela Pyka ( Paralegal) & Nickolas Hermon (Attorney) . Just finalizing the insurance settlement they got for me which i am very satisfied with as it is what I believe is a fair settlement even though the insurance company innitialy tried to offer a fraction of the final offer. The follow up and communication from Jessie Swain and her paralegal Leah are horrible. I’ve called them and left messages and they still don’t return calls. Apparently I’m told my case is in limbo but there’s no follow up until I reach out. I’ve started to make a few calls to other parties and insurance company to compare notes of because I don’t trust them anymore. I’ll never recommend anyone again.

Worst legal experience in my entire life. The attorney was not very knowlegable even through he talked about tbe number of years of experience. Also, I fought more for my case then he did. I only selected this law office because google stated the office specialized in my type of injury.

The attorney that represented me was only interested in his own bottom line verses making sure that I was taking care of. Also, I was given a lot of false promises and false information. I totally lost my trust in my attorney before the case settled. My experience was so horrible that I settled my case and was totally robbed by the insurance company.

Because, I didnt know who to believe and I lost my trust in my attorney. I would steer clear of this law office unless their is a personal relationship with someone from this organization.
