Horrific experience! Initially met with Vic Harding and his paralegal over my son’s injury. I sent over all requested documentation within a month of meeting with them. His paralegal retired and no one told me until I finally got an out of office memo letting me know she’d been retired for some time. New paralegal was a hot mess. Totally disorganized and unprofessional. She lost my son’s file and all requested documentation. After 9 months, they’ve made zero progress on my claim. They’ve made no effort whatsoever to resolve it. They promised to send a notice to the hospital billing department because I had tremendous out of pocket costs; paralegal sent it to medical records instead and billing department never received it! My insurance company had requested information back in April to put a lien on reclaiming their costs and Vic actually advised me- after the fact- that I shouldn’t have completed the paperwork because hopefully my insurance company would forget about it! Now that there’s a lien on file, they certainly seemed FAR less interested in helping me. Such crooked unethical awful people who give lawyers a bad name!

There is little that's good about a severe personal injury, but I will say that working with Krista at Warshafsky was fantastic. She helped me understand my case from all points of view so I could make the best decisions and advocate on my own behalf. And when things were really difficult, I knew that Krista was standing strong right next to me, and the rest of the firm was right behind us.

Warshafsky is a great law firm. A friend’s car was hit on a rural highway by a semi that never stopped. The insurance denied the claim saying he was not covered because he was driving his dad’s car. He was injured and had serious medical bills. Warshafsky investigated and found a responsible insurance company. They saved him major financial problems. While they primarily do personal injury law these are really smart people who have helped me deal with minor problems that arise in business. While I have not used them for personal injury I have met a number of their clients and have researched their results. Because they do such thorough investigating and because they leave no stone unturned on behalf of clients I have referred and highly recommend Warshafsky. The bottom line really is money if you are wrongfully injured and no one is going to get you more.

My personal experience with Warshafsky was everything I expect from an attorney: professional, timely, and thorough. I called their office 1 day after my accident. Within a couple hours, their accident investigator came to where I was, asked me questions, and took pictures.

My case was tough in that neither an ambulance nor police officer showed up at the scene of the accident. They dealt with the pesky insurance adjustors to ensure my medical bills were paid for.
