While at a friends apartment I had fallen off the balcony when the rotten railing I was leaning against broke. Unorganized and didn’t keep me to speed about what was going with my case. Didn’t hear anything for 5 months after my therapy. My original lawyer disappeared and nobody told me. But overall the are very sweet and got me the amount i deserved eventually.

My son was hit by a car while walking home from school. I contacted Jon Groth. In the beginning things seemed to go smooth. But communication quickly deteriorated. It would take him 3 months to respond to an email...and that's after I would repeatedly call his office. After awhile he stopped communicating at all. I had to get another lawyer in the middle of my case.

Great customer service! A year ago I was in a car accident and had no idea what to do. I had just gotten my car all paid off. As a college student at the time, I always tried my best to save as much money as I could so I had decided to just get liability auto insurance and not full coverage, due to owning my car 100% and not having a lease/loan. Unfortunately, I ended up getting rear ended into an intersection and my car was destroyed and totalled.
