Enjoy the contrasting "BIG picture" down to check local listings focused explanations . Have watched USCCA webinars for a while and always found something very useful. My favorite was the term "Fully Dressed". I use it often now. Thanks for all the knowledge sharing.

Always a good job. In Maine one of my friends has a 900 acre industrial hemp farm. He is working to educate the locals as well as the politicians. My town has been wrestling with this for two years now trying to come up with the right ordinances as the state is still trying to sort it out on the recreational side of it. A real nightmare.

Attorney Grieve is very knowledgeable in ALL aspects of criminal law but even more to your advantage holds experience not to mention has access to proper resources that very well could be the difference of living outside or inside prison walls. Also, Mr. Grieve went above the call of duty and by that, Mr. Grieve answered general questions concerning law school/General Law and do hope Lord willing to mirror his work(s) &wisdom, and humility when/IF get through Law school

Regardless which lawyer handles your case @ Grieve Law....Rest assured you are well taken care of.

Respectfully,

Thanks so much for the information. It's really good to know that the gray areas are out there and need to be considered when making decisions about purchasing, carrying, and using firearms. Keep up the good work in ensuring that we're informed.

Listened to Tom on USCCA's cannabis and firearms webinar. Tom perfectly complimented Kevin as a cohost, but his knowledge and ability to swim against the tide of federal and state confusion surrounding use, possession, and proximity to marijuana byproducts was immensely helpful! If he didn't know the answer (usually because of the written/unwritten confusion and gray area) he said so or directed toward a source that may.
Great job...look forward to hearing from Mr. Grieve again in the future.

While I have no need to know about drugs and guns, it's helpful to know the direction of concern by some. My motto; if it's gray, stay away.

Very informative information. As you had stated many times each state and maybe even local laws may vary. I live in Rockford, IL a CCL instructor through USCCA and we are having major head aches with our IL government because of the hemp laws just passed. Total can of works along the State Police are be sued for FOID cards and CCL not being issued before the expiration dates on our cards. Yet we have applied 3 months in advanced of expiration dates. Our governor had take away 29 million $ of operations expenses for State Police to staff these renewals moved to the general fund.. Need to sue the Governor next !!!!!!! I'm thinking about moving 15 miles north to get away from IL politics.

Very insightful and informative on the issue of CCW and possession and or positive testing of THC or CBD. As you stated the laws change at a dynamitic rate they are not static concerning these matters. As I inform my students, public educator in Texas, that whether you are in a state which allows usage and possession, the federal law still states you are committing a felony. Also there are few or no exacting methods of testing of under the influence of CBD or THC.

God forbid im ever in need of a self defense attorney but, if i am in that position i pray the attorney i have has the same amount of compassion, understanding, and knowledge as does Tom

I've viewed video Q&A interviews with Tom Grieve on the USCCA site. The answers offered were as specific as possible considering differing state and local laws, and even then there was advice as to how to find the local statutes. I felt the attorney gave careful and considered answers to help keep the law abiding citizen from making unfortunate errors.
I was very satisfied with the presentation.

Just finished listening to the webinar with Kevin and enjoyed it. I’ve been trying to be more informed on the law of self defense so I enjoy the webinars. I am very concerned about the concept of CCW carry coverage. I have USCCA coverage and since I am in Oklahoma I feel okay. Would love to see partnership with other entities to solve this uncertainty in other states. I follow Andrew Branca, Law of Self Defense website for additional information. Thanks again

As a member of USCCA, I have had the privilege and opportunity to watch and listen to some of the call in sessions featuring Mr. Grieve. His sessions have made me more aware of the myriad of challenges facing me and my attorney in the unfortunate event of an incident of self defense. My demeanor and attitude toward potential use of a firearm changed dramatically approximately 5 years ago when I went through a concealed carry course here in North Carolina taught by a very experienced private investigator with an extensive background, and who had qualified and testified in court as an expert witness on numerous occasions involving shootings in self-defense cases. I emerged from that training with the attitude that I should avoid, at all costs if possible, having to use and discharge my firearm, and then only if my life or a loved one's life is at risk. This attitude has been reinforced by Mr.Grieve's responses to questions called in or sent in. Beyond that, I have taken away much that I should do and how I should react should I become involved in an incident. These sessions have also caused me to rehearse and assess mentally a plan of action and reaction should I ever unfortunately be involved in a self-defense incident. I'm very thankful that USCCA has engaged an attorney such as Mr. Grieve with much experience and expertise to incorporate into their training programs.
