I was looking for some legal advice on a few occurrences i have ran into in the past and was referred to Randall Taradash by a friend from work. Great lawyers

We came to Dan after searching google for a Workmans Comp Claim. My fiance already had his first surgery and our concerns were not being heard for loss of mobility, despite constant complaints to WC. We chose Dan to be our voice. We expressed our concerns and in the end just wanted to get back to life as normal as possible post accident. Dan was empathetic but straightforward. He laid everything out so we knew exactly what to expect.

Working with Dan throughout the process was simple and clean. He respected our worries and assured us things would get taken care of in a timely fashion. I think in the first time in my life I actually trusted a lawyer.

Dan fought hard for us. He get us a settlement that was more than fair and explained why we wouldn't get the top end with my fiance actually getting back to decent health. When the bill came, I was nervous. I have no idea why because Dan was upfront with EVERYTHING and I was shocked. I thought for sure the firm was going to maximize their cut. That was NOT the case at all.

No law firm could of handled my 5 plus year case as Taradash Law Firm....a bad back fusion that needed a 2nd fusion...needed because of a work injury...dont handle it yourself I started 1st surgery on my own after W/C weekly pay stopped and I had a surgery that was not correct I contacted Randy at Taradash law firm....explained my case...I didnt have to speak to the insurance company anymore....after my employer terminated me they took full control of my situation...they got my 2nd surgery approved...got my pay coming regular again...and stayed with me through the entire process...after a couple years of trying to find employment my ex employer realized that no one would hire me in my late 50s in my physical condition they settled with me through Randy and Dan contacting them and then to me I never needed to show up in court they handled it...also the office staff Sam and Gretchen were always there to help me especially in the hard days where I just needed assurance all was well and things would work out...Mary Taradash handles all disability law and her and her staff were also so helpful...after going through this God Blessed me and my family by directing me their way....The Ericksons thank you...we have our life back..

I contacted Taradash Law in August of 2016 almost two years after my auto accident. When I contacted them it was close to the deadline for filing a lawsuit regarding my injuries.
