Made everything easy and affordable. Got my case done in 2 months and ready to start out fresh and debt free. Even have good courses they make you take so you dont get into debt again.

I was reluctant to file bankruptcy, so reluctant in fact, that I started the process in February with Mark, and just left their office in Crystal Lake after having the pleasure of dealing with Jason.

I will be honest, I was the absolute worst client possible. I missed appointments, was late in my payments, and was overall a less than stellar client.

This did not stop Mark and Jason from continuing to reach out to me. They realized I needed help, better than I did.

Filed a chapter 13, if you do not want to have a life, or eat for the next 4 years, then this is a great company. If you choose to have a life, eat 3 squares 5 days a week, then I suggest looking elsewhere. They take too much on a monthly basis for a chapter 13, and also read you paperwork very closely, they have made costly errors towards their client. Had the numbers been correct the first time, then maybe I could enjoy life a little more. To my understanding, bankruptcy is supposed to help you, not financially end you for the next 4 years. They also charge double of what any other attorney does, because they can. They spread your payments out over the term, most attorneys want a fee up front, so that is why Geraci is so popular, the reason one files a bankruptcy is because one is in a financial bind, and unable to make their monthly obligations. Hard to pony up 2000.00 (average costs) when you are broke. So i guess if in a bind, and no extra cash, Geraci is the way to go...if you have extra cash or relatives....GO ELSEWHERE. Oh and watch your taxes very carefully....if you make over a certain amount then your trustee gets a big fat bonus.
