I was involved in a serious accident while on the way to work. The person who hit me was from another state and did not have proof of insurance. He ran a red light at a high speed which was witnessed by several motorists. His insurance company did not deny his involvement but did not want to pay my actual medical bills, therapy or car (which was totaled). They offered a settlement which was far less than what my expenses were. Molly refused to accept their offer and worked hard to make this right. In the end, Molly got me the settlement I deserved.
