Shooting unarmed teenagers who are not combative is never justified.

Jerry Smith Jr. was shot by Milwaukee Police in August of 2017 while unarmed. Smith, who was holding only a cell phone, is seen spreading his arms and going to the ground when police opened fire in a newly released body camera video obtained by Milwaukee’s Fox 6 News. Prosecutors determined that the shooting was justified after two officers said they believed Smith was armed and they were in danger. This young man had no priors and is wheelchair bound. Justice system is a failure and the prosecutors office proves they are corrupt and cowards just as the Milwaukee police and have no accountability at all! Why have your mission statement on the website and honor nothing of it!? If your too scary and easily spooked why join the force? The video is very very disturbing!! Citizens of Milwaukee really need to vote articulately cause this office is straight trash!!!!

Read this and google this case....A pair of former Milwaukee County Assistant District Attorneys (ADAs) each face a charge of misdemeanor attempted misconduct. They are accused of mishandling a case -- and then dropping the charges to cover themselves. The accused are Kristin Schrank and Antoni Apollo. This is just plain proof of corruption and this is only "1" case where this office was caught, but this office is handling police shootings?!? This office disrupts lives and obviously doesn't takes people's lives serious, to them it's honor amongst thieves (Prosecutors office and Milwaukee's Coward police dept.) robbing innocent people's lives!! Who oversees the prosecutor's office because change starts from the head.....Do background checks before voting, not based on education but by the fruits of there labor and this office is rotten to the core!!!! Keep in mind both cases with Jerry Smith Jr. And the 2 corrupt ADAs happened in the same year in 2017....go figure.....

I was arrested by Milwaukee Police Officers officers Brian Matte and Sue Polka after stating to them I am the owner of the property, 2901-03 N 23rd St. Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53206, since 1996, having purcashed the property from Mr. Clarence Smith of Clarvi Realty, as I was charged with collecting rents from a property I do not own later changed to burglary. My Attorney, Mark Tishberg, did a wonderful job trying the case while proving Sue Polka and Brian Matte both to be untruthful during their testimony. I have made the Office of Internal Affairs with the Milwaukee Police Department aware of Officer Matte and his brother who is also a Milwaukee Police officer it was stated to me by my attorney both officers have lied while on the witness stand in a number of his cases, previously. In my case specifically it was determined that Officer Matte and Polka also appeared to be untruthful. District Atorney Ronald Dague despite being aware of my ownership of the property elicited and enabled false testimony to be given from Officer Matte while on the witness stand and should be held accountable. I would like to bring to someone's attention as well district Attorney Irene Parthum, who had prosecuted me for being a felon in possession of a handgun twelve years previously in 2003, despite there being almost one hundred prosecutors at the City of Milwaukee District Attorney's Office, somehow was allowed to interject herself into my case despite already having been assigned a prosecutor, Caitlin Riengersma. I filed a complaint against Ms. Parthum for doing so with the, Office of Lawyer Regulation. It was brought to my attention by my attorney he had not received all of the Discovery as it related to my case from District Attorney Riengersma in addition to a number of other concerns where I felt the need to address them with the Office of Lawyer Regulation as well. I would like to again thank my Attorney Mark S. Tishberg, for all of his time and effort he put in to trying my case. Thank you.

The only thing they're good at is being unbelievably inefficient and wasting countless people's time. At every level. Good job, Milwaukee.
