My wife got a farm or something on bank in Texas and I must say that the detailed instructions given my a Mr. Ward believe Darrell or Darnell was amazing. He was upfront and honest with us and even know still battling problem he has done an amazing job trying to assist.

Be very careful with your payment arrangements I made several attempts and every time they make a payment arrangement it's only for one year I don't care what they say over the phone. My initial contact with them was 1 letter attempt and then a serve they don't even try to get you to know they're handling your case prior to being served. I have been paying more than the grate upon amount and today I received yet another phone call stating that I needed to set up my payment arrangement again I've been set up on auto payment but apparently was temporary. The girl told me today that it would be up and until March of next year but yet my balance is more than 12 months I asked about April and may and she said I would not have to worry about it but final payment would be in June I still don't understand how this would equal 17 months worth of payment but she said I would not have to worry about it only time will tell I do not trust these people at all.

Stupidest worst customer service ever, nobody answers and goes to random voicemail, lady assigned to my case never gives me her extension# nor anyone else, can't even access online either, when I call in advance or to let them know something it is ignored like on purpose so they can send their stupid letters saying you haven't paid and when you call they say they're sorry it's documented and put you on hold and again say it's taken care of but later it's not. I hate a company who isn't professional but uses their legal system to get away to harass and make threats like Trump.

Paul Powell provided excellent customer service that I wanted to share here, this representative was very patient though we couldn't locate my account, he was very knowledgeable of the next steps and with assistance found my account; throughout all this he maintained a professional attitude and was very respectful . My reason for calling was to make my first agreed payment and he was able to assist me with getting that done. Normally this seems like what anyone would expect but a lot of times when you don't have all your information the representative won't always go above and beyond to help you and he did. Thank you

I will be honest, I did not know how this call would go. I was so nervous I had to pop in an anxiety pill before I called. I have been struggling through some personal things that got me on this situation to begin with. But the representative I spoke with ( Bodidi) was very understanding, he made me feel normal ( Human again) the service was so good, It felt to good to be true. I just got off of the phone with Stewart Hopper and I have to say this firm has been the best debt collection experience I have ever had. Stewart treated me with such respect. He did not once make me feel negligent, he was entirely empathetic and encouraging. Debt Collection Agencies should be trained by this firm. This experience has built a relationship between myself and RSIE&H and that motivates me to want to fulfill my obligation to them at the earliest possible opportunity. Thank you for training your representatives fantastic customer service, especially when having to deal with people who might be at one of the lowest points in their lives.

This place is a nightmare. Yes, Jeremy was great. That's just a ploy to make you feel comfortable. Then they turn into the worst lying dirty collection agency you have every dealt with. Come to find out it wasn't even me in the first place. Yeesh, what a nightmare!!!

I found myself in a hardship situation and let things get out of hand. When I called Rausch Sturm to try and resolve a debt I owed, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised when I received Laquintin Holloway as my Account Manager. He was so gracious and compassionate to my situation and supported me in being able to pay off my debt. Your behavior makes Shakespeare sound more and more reasonable. This company fraudulently garnished my husband's wages! They rescinded the order after taking nearly 600 dollars! When I call to find out when the money will be returned, nobody has an answer. They acknowledge their mistake but all they say is "it's in process " when questioned about the refund. It's been 4 weeks and still no response.

I've been in an agreement with this firm for repayment for a couple years, however, Everytime I try to login to my account and/or make an additional online payment, their system cannot ever locate my information. When I call in, there isn't an issue, but there is obviously a disconnect between my account and the online service.

I've called several times and no one can seem to figure out or fix my issue. I've also emailed them directly with their info on my statements with no reply whatsoever. Sad customer service and tech support.

Update 6-18-2019: It took this Google review for them to finally reach out and figure out why I didn't have online account access, which confirms their poor customer service/tech support.

This is such a kind and helpful agency. I was helped by Brittany M. the first time I called. I was so worried about my debt and how in the world I was going to pay it off but she was very caring and knowledgable and we came to an agreement. She's been there for me ever since. I've never had a more comforting experience with paying off dues, and I highly recommend this agency to everyone. Paying online is easy, and if you can't reach one person on the phone, there's always someone else who can help in a kind manner. I just got off the phone with Korwin Ward from Rausch Sturm and I must say that this is an exceptional young man. In today's world it seems that customer service is a thing of the past but Korwin, thankfully is not from today's world. It was exceedingly helpful and was able to help me get all of my matters settle is friendly, courteous, and stress-free way. Today's company's want everything fast but they need to be done right and good at the same time without alienating people and that is something that Korwin has down pat. After 3 year in the Middle East and all the problems I came back from there with including PTSD, extreme anxiety issues I have to deal with on a daily basis, Korwin was extraordinarily helpful it getting matters resolved. If Rausch Sturm is smart, they will keep Korwin and start grooming him for a leadership role in their company. Thank you Korwin for all your help. If I could give you more stars, I would.

I have called and emailed about my account and how I can not access it online. When i have talked to a person on the phone they just pressure me to make an over the phone payment instead of helping me fix the online problem. I have attempted to sign in everyday for 2 weeks with the same error message. When asked how long it will take they tell me it could be 2 days or 2 weeks, not sure who trains your customer service but they need some retraining. But if this will help me get my online account accessible let me know I'm still waiting.

I have been calling at various times for over 2 days and all I ever get is a busy signal. I have sent an email and a message from the website and still have not heard a thing from them... If I could give them negative stars I would this place is horrible to deal with... All I want to do is pay off a debt that they have and get it off my credit report...
