they answered the phone and emails because they would charge you arm and a leg, they will not do as they promised, they will not do what you ask them to do, my story is long but long short this lawyer is a scam. Stay away, he s all about the money he collects to pay for his luxury office.. He has these newbies attorneys to do the work and they are NOT experienced. I was promised by Mr Goldman to handle the case, but he never was involved accept with I was behind on the payments.

They were not able to help directly with my individual case but the representative that answered was very polite and did send me an email with different resources.

Horrible experience.

I was referred by the old office manager who was very polite and quoted me a price of $250 for my ticket. That is what I agreed on.

They take my payment and email me a confirmation receipt for the payment I had made.

I checked the statements on my bill and they seem to charge me another charge for $100.

I had never been spoken to about this, or asked to authorize that charge at all. I never even received an email receipt for it like I did the first charge. I do not know why they charged me this extra charge for, no one could give me an answer or fix it.

I called them to address the situation why I was charged for this price without authorization and the office manager hung up on my face because she said her boss won't do anything about it!!!! Unprofessional office.

Ridiculous. Never coming back, there are millions of other law firms that would love my case that don't operate this way.

I will be disputing this charge with my bank regardless so I don't understand the strong fight they are trying to win.
