Loren got my operating while intoxicated charge reduced with judge Nicholson at the 52-3 court in the Rochester district. He was my second lawyer. The first couldn’t get a deal because there is a policy of no deals when there is even a minor accident. Loren didn’t take “no” for an answer and write an AMAZING letter to the city attorney and got me a deal for a reduced charge. The judge was even surprised he got it done!! He is a solid defense lawyer and great with representation in OWI cases.

This is a review for Loren Dickstein and his entire firm and staff. I was charged in a serious case in Circuit Court and hired a prominent criminal attorney to defend me. We had to file a complex motion before the judge and my attorney was aware the prosecutors were going to fight it as hard as possible. I highly recommend this attorney to anyone in trouble with the law. He is the only one of 4 lawyers I talked to who was willing to actually fight my son's possession charge. The others all just told me what great probation terms they could get for him. Loren first got a guilty plea thrown out because it was dishonestly obtained. Then he fought the cop's right to search him in the first place. He knew the case law so much better than the prosecutor that it made the prosecutor look stupid and incompetent as well as dishonest. The case was dismissed.
