So far things are going well..

Typical ambulance chaser looking for a quick buck. Contacted him for a corporate sponsorship. Right after I went in for a paid consultation (charged a $100), it was evident he has no experience or good knowledge in that specific field. I actually had to walk him through the scenario and how this is a valid case and the way to approach it. He quickly agreed and jumped on what I suggested just so he can get the case. He quoted an outrageous amount per application which is FOUR times more than what 3 other law firms asked for. He then started inquiring about possible opportunities for himself leveraging my professional network.
I could easily tell by the type of clients that came into his office he is just a small time attorney chasing ambulances and a quick buck. Not professional or experienced enough to handle anything more than petty little cases.

I hired Mr. Atie to represent my felony case and he was very happy to take on the case(and money). He has no clue what he was doing, he was more nervous than i was at COURT. TOTAL JOKE. Best thing is that after taking my money and signing a contract he dropped off the case and let me deal with it on my own. The only way he makes money is all scams, he cliams he can do it all unitl he is standing in court. After a whole year wasted because of Atie scammed me and was clueless i had to spend more money on a BETTER lawyer which cost me the same if not even less.

Remond was very patient with me due to the fact that our immigration case was very long and frustrating yet he kept us calm and knew exactly what to do and how to handle each situation..... thank you remond for your hard work and deligance. This is the only immigration lawyer i would ever recommend to anyone..

I hired Mr. Atie to represent my sister in an asylum case and he was very happy to take on the case. He made me fill out the paperwork asked me to look up articles that are relevant to the case and write the personal statement. He did not make ANY suggestions or revisions. They mailed the free application and charged me for the case then I never heard back from them other than that the case was received. He asked us to come to Detroit for the fingerprints which he claimed has to be done there. But when I called USCIS they said we can do it in Cleveland which we did. My sister was later on detained by immigration and he was absolutely no help in that either. I called him afterwards and I told him that she had an immigration court date scheduled in Cleveland A YEAR AHEAD OF TIME and specifically asked if he is willing to represent her or if I should transfer my case to a local lawyer. He said "we will be happy to represent her". Two weeks before the court date, I called him and he asked me to come physically to his office to talk about the case (I live 8 hours away) and when I asked if that can be done over the phone, he said I need to charge you for my travel and time or I cannot represent her, you better find someone local. So he basically wanted me to drive 16 hours to tell me this because his time is valuable and mine isn't!!! I asked him. He had more than a year to tell me that but he chose to wait until 10 days before the court date to be me on the spot and leave me under the mercy of local immigration lawyers who are now clearly charging way more than full fee to represent us because "our case was so poorly prepared that they need to work harder to repair the damage". I called him and expressed that I am not pleased with his services and asked for a partial refund since his office basically paid 6$ for the postage and that was it and charged me 2000$ (his down payment).
