I was struck by a vehicle while I was exercising on my bike one day. Pressing charges or filing a lawsuit didn't fly a cross my mind at the time, but when the injuries didn't go away I realized I needed some type of legal action. My car broke down in the field where I was working. I walked to the gas station and that's when a semi truck tire fell off as it was turning onto the street of the gas station and hit me on the back, as I was pumping gas.
