Similar to Johnny Victor, I met with Lowell and got stuck with James who was consistently at least an hour late, unresponsive to emails, and I think I would have been better off representing myself. James “left” the firm immediately after my case in April. When questioned about my bill suck as charging $30 for an email asking ME if there was an update, as well as unnecessary paperwork, my email never received a response.

Once I finally terminated services, Lowell stated he was unaware of everything even though he had been Cc’d On all communications. He promised to call me to discuss 3 times and initially wouldn’t release my file. Finally he released my file after I mentioned his law firm, was involved in less than honest billing practices. He then attempted to defend James (Im sure only to protect his own butt).

James was totally unprepared and didn’t even calculate my confinement cost or fight on my behalf.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Find someone else to represent you if you want someone that will actually respond to you AND the other parties attorney. He repeatedly ignored my ex’s attorneys emails and said he received no email.

THis has been a nightmare. I was falsely convicted of reckless driving in the Clarkston kangaroo court and lost my license. Lowell has been my only hope and assurance of ever getting a drivers license back . He even stuck by me when I'd had more than I could take and took it out on him. For this, i publicly apologize. I have a complex complicated case and no possibility of successfully getting through the hearing process, which of all the 50 states, has been described as the worst and most unfair. The only thing in years, that they did not do, was to find out if I could actually drive. It's a money grab, and essentially a sobriety program designed to make as many people rich as possible. At your and my expense. I highly recommend this team. If you are tired of getting screwed by the system, give Lowell a call, he can help. Above and beyond all expectations here. I gave up and he didnt. He wouldnt let me quit.
