Very polite could not find info.on company but gave suggestion of who to call for help. Not a long wait to speak with someone.

"No recourse", "Not our area", "Try_____ instead", "Call______ and they will help you".....is all you get here. Referrals to the exact people who tell you to report to the AG in the first place, circular conversation, all politics...and that is actually when you get a response after over 100 attempted communications. No "leadership" in this state actually has citizen's well being as focus. I get responses from out of state consumer rights, AG, Governors, even Federal....while Michigan continues to fail. No transparency, its all about who you know, who you work for....and of course...the money.

I tried to get a hold of Bill Schuette to tell him about the dumping of human poop in Lake St. Clair. It happens every time it rains one inch. Billions of gallons of poop are released into Red Run Drain, the Clinton River and Lake St. Clair which all lead to Lake St. Clair. Although they are allowed by DEQ permits, this dumping is polluting our lake and mucking up the shores. But finally after being referred to different numbers they just let me leave a message. Wish I would had been able to voice my concern to Bill Schuette.
