So far no good . Greg Frye found a way to extend my appeal hearing because it conflicted with his " schedule " . Now he tells me " there is no way possible to get an extension / stay based on my schedule . I have test results that are not in his file and my appeal is up in 2 business days. This law firm stands to recover over $6,000.00 if they win. Greg Frye insists that there is no way they are going to reschedule my hearing based on my good reasons. I think Greg Frye has lied to me about that and has back to back hearings at the same place and day of my hearing and doesn't really care if he loses. So far I spent 45 minutes or less than an hour with Greg Frye in our initial consult. He has rescheduled numerous phone meetings until the very last second. During his last second meeting via phone with me
he admitted we had hours of information to go thru and he specifically said he had only 22 minutes to complete that. He rushed thru his 22 minutes in about ten minutes. He asked me to drop off my latest Doctor notes ASAP and that he needed them by this morning. I dropped them off and 7 hours later his assistant confessed that he still had not looked at that. This guy Frye is not prepared. He spent over 30 minutes in our last conversation telling me what to wear and details of how to get to the hearing . I let him talk for the 30 minutes ( bored to death of directions when he knows well I have GPS and am a part time Uber driver> then of how to dress and directions to my hearing location what a waste of time. . Then I got about 15 minutes to get to the beef of what is going on with my case. This Greg Frye is not having his head into an individuals case To date this law firm has spent less than 4 hours on my case and are prepaired to spend a possible 4 more hours doing my hearing. * 8
hours for $6,000.00?? If I win the 6K is fine. This complaint and low star rating is not about the Babut Law Firm Fees. This Is about the rest of my life. This is an appeal and its the last and final round. Ill be back with the results
This Greg Frye is not going to continue to blame clients to his boss for his loss. Not putting my life in that hand. no way. Up Date. Since then I won my case partially. Greg Frye joined me at my hearing late !! He was totally un prepared. He was shell shocked when the ADJ questioned if my case was SSI or SDI. This law office is stacked full of attorneys who believe in the numbers game for social security and way better at math than litigation. I received a favorable SSI and actually was going for SDI. So> I got a letter last week asking me to bring in a few documents. Babut acknowledged that he got the same letter. Both the senior partner and Greg Frye told me that " I am on my own " . Greg Frye told me to gather up my own final requests from the letter and good luck ?? This firm told me I am on my own but expects me to sign off a fee to them when they have totally abdicated .. No way !!! If you guys n gals want a good attorney for bankruptcy call Sophie Modelski . If you want a paper shuffleing sorry ass law firm for social security call Babut law. I have been blessed with good attorney's and Greg Frye fooled me in my crippled and older age. Greg Frye is only interested in as much free time play as he can get without being caught by his Boss .. This firm Babut Law is a curse. Do Not Hire them !! If you don't show up and represent me on June 8th you wont get a red cent Babut !! Stay away from this firm . Go to Sophie Modelski for bankrupt . She is in Warren Michigan. Like I stated... I have ALWAYS been fortunate with attorneys. I based my being fortunate with attorneys because I have always been honest with my attorneys . This firm Babut slipped thru a crack. Greg Frye took me on because he needed a win. He is so consumed with numbers and percentages that he is dismisses his top bosses profit and his clients well being to the extent that he is a numbers junkie .. Ok I will handle the remains of my claim alone . You are dismissed . Rookie

Horrible service filed my wife case late had to move out our house in 7 days. This has been a horrible experience for us one dropped ball after the next. Went into the office explaining we wanted to keep out truck told us a chapter 7 would help us. Got our car repossessed and they won't even return our calls. Did not file the letter of intent letting them know we wanted to keep our truck. But asking for money. Won't even take time to return our calls. We are left with no car.. We are still getting bills that was pose to be added in our case. Never got any paper to see who was added and who was not. Called a few places and they said they was not added. Went to court all the mail that was giving was not even opened. Take your money to a firm that care about your life.
