I've been trying to settle my father's estate for three months, THREE MONTHS! I'd been getting the run-around at the bank, bad advice from friends, scary advice from clerks and a huge price tag of anywhere between $900-$2000 dollars just to answer a couple of questions on the phone so I could finish what should have been a simple task.
