John is the best bankruptcy attorney in town. Period. No one fights harder for his clients.

Went for a consultation today and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. They were very rude and disrespectful. I had a ton of questions as this is the first time I’m considering a bankruptcy. His answer to each of my questions was “it doesn’t matter” and “we don’t do anything for free” when that was by far the reasoning behind any of my questions. My questions are simply that, to get a better understanding of the process before I hire them. I am a potential client, first impressions are everything. Needless to say I will never hire this office. I literally sat in my cat and cried after this consultation because they made me feel horrible that I’m in the predicament I’m in. Simply horrible I would never recommend this place.

I had a great experience with Chris over the last two years fighting my auto insurance company to pay medical bills. I wasnt the case that would have won Chris much but he still cared about my case when others didnt. I expected to settle early and Chris didnt let me advised to keep fighting and I won more than expected. Chris was very honest and made having to sit with him for hours a pleasure. he preped me every time for what to expect and my case went very smoothly. If I ever have to recomend someone Chris is my first choice.

I had no idea what to expect, but the team at John Steinberger & Associates took their time and explained the process in detail (each staff member I came in contact with). They were professional and persistent to make sure you completed what you started to improve your credit history. I just referred a few family members to the team, as I feel they will also get a fair shake from a team that seems to really care about the people they're helping.

Our experience with this attorney has been horrible.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The paralegal aid has a bad attitude when your asking questions. The attorney talks fast and gives you incorrect information. I originally went to them because I was being garnished the attorney stressed that the money they get back half will be applied to my balance and the other comes to me. 3months later I was still being garnished they then got the garnishment check and kept half and applied the other half to my balance leaving me with nothing and paying more than what I was originally charged. Horrible place to go to in my opinion
