Rakesh Joshi is one of the absolute smartest people you'll ever meet and a very talented attorney. Both him and Ken are great, both very friendly and genuinely care about justice, the rule of law, and America.

Fees are very reasonable and they make the whole process very simple from the first phone call.

I contacted them to handle a speeding ticket in the Town of Berne in April. My check was cashed in June, never heard anything. Called multiple time's, sent multiple emails. Never got a response. Today, got a letter from DMV that in a month my license will be SUSPENDED FOR FAILURE TO APPEAR. That's what I paid these "lawyers" for. Took my money, and never showed up. Thank's for the help, scumbags

Received 2 hefty fines with jeopardy of losing my license. They fought for me and reduce it to almost nothing. Several appearance at court and consent communication. Great job.

Bottom line - Rakesh Joshi gets the job done. My first speeding ticket (20+ mph over the posted limit) on an otherwise clean driving record, Rakesh assured me that he would get my 6 point speeding ticket reduced to a zero point parking violation. 7 months later (these things take time), that is exactly what he delivered. Responsive to communication throughout the entire process, I would recommend his services unequivocally.

Once again (I wish we only needed them once!) Rakesh Joshi was great - he got our speeding ticket dismissed, and no points levied. I'm a big fan of this law office! You just leave your file to them, and they take care of it. You can be very hand's off about the process and have confidence that it will get done. Thanks again!

I contacted the law office of Ken McCauley to take care of my 82mph in a 65 and a following too closely ticket totaling 7 points. I searched online for a while as i wanted to find a lawyer that could get me the best possible outcome. Not only did Rakesh Joshi tell me that they could significantly reduce my fines and points, Ken McCauley personally appeared in court on my behalf and got both tickets reduced to parking tickets totaling zero points and a total of a $200 fine! I can't thank them enough for there amazing work and would highly recommend the Law Office of Ken McCauley to take care of your speeding and traffic tickets.

Thanks again Rakesh and Ken

This is a long overdue review of Rakesh Joshi who deserved much better from me. When I was a wreck about my speeding infraction, Mr Joshi calmly and methodically did everything he promised. The speeding ticket that made me a basket case was resolved better than I could every have expected. I hope I never need his help again, but if I do I would not hesitate for a moment.

I had contacted Rakesh Joshi from the Law Offices of Ken McCauley to help resolve a 72mph in 45mph, work zone speeding ticket. The ticket was a six point violation and Rakesh took the time to negotiate my 6 point ticket down to a 0 point parking ticket.

His tenacity and impressive work ethic kept him from accepting the courts initial offers that still included points to my license and held out for the best result possible for my case.

I am extremely satisfied with the costs and results of his services and cannot thank him enough for helping me out of a bad situation.

Thanks again Rakesh

I emailed the office of Ken McCauley to represent me in a four point out of state speeding ticket. It was quite a distance from my home and it would have been inconvenient and costly to appear in court. The fees are reasonable and I was told up front what it would cost me. In the end my four point speeding ticket was reduced to a ZERO point parking ticket!! Thanks Rakesh!

I engaged the office of Ken McCauley to represent me in a matter at a Court some distance from my home where it would have been costly and inconvenient to appear myself. This firm is very professional, the fees are fair and reasonable, and they clearly communicated all prospective costs and possible risks. There were no surprises, and in my case the outcome was the best possible result. Definitely recommend.

Ken McCauley is my go-to attorney for legal issues in the Saratoga County area, especially relating to traffic matters. He did a great job representing me on a traffic matter, not only ensuring that I didn't get undue points on my license but also making sure that I was treated fairly. This was particularly helpful to me since I live out of the area. I didn't have to make one or more long trips to plead my case personally. He knows the area and the various court officials and attorneys that work there.

Let's be honest...No one wants to receive a speeding ticket! I live on Long Island and was unfortunately pulled over doing 77 in a 55. Not only was the ticket going to be 6 points on my license, but the DMV was going to charge me an extra $300 (on the already ridiculous $300+ ticket). If this wasn't bad enough, they needed me to appear in court in Austerlitz, NY when I live over 3 hours away on Long Island, as I mentioned earlier.
Everything seemed frustrating and expensive...until I crossed paths with Rakesh at
Ken McCauley's office. Not only was Rakesh friendly and professional, but he was very upfront and honest about how the process was going to work and how he couldn't make me promises, but he had lots of great relationships in the areas around Albany and would be glad to do what he could to help.

4 weeks later, I get an email from Rakesh. Not only did I not need to show up to court, saving me an entire day (where I could work and make money), but save all that gas and wear and tear and on my car. Rakesh did what every true professional should do....Under promised and Over delivered!

He was able to reduce my 6 points speeding down to a ZERO point non moving violation. The fine was also reduced from $350 to $175 and I did NOT need to pay the $300 to the DMV. An all around win!

I would highly recommend Rakesh at Ken McCauley's office to anyone who finds themselves in the same legal predicament that I found myself in this past Memorial Day weekend...

Good luck and Drive safely...

Michael

I would fully recommend the Law Office of Ken McCauley. Firstly, one of their team members (Rakesh Joshi) called me directly only minutes after I sent in a consultation request. Rakesh was extremely detailed in how he would help me with my case, and he laid a full plan out over the phone that I couldn't refuse. On top of that, only a few weeks later Rakesh executed the exact plan he laid out, getting my possible 5 point texting while driving ticket reduced down to a zero point non moving violation. I gladly paid my attorney fee for such a well executed turn around.

Received a cell phone ticket in Bethlehem and true to their word, for $250, I received no points on my license. The fine was still levied, but this is New York and you have to pay to wake up in the morning here. They were a little late providing me with the results of the case and I had to seek them out to obtain a copy of the fine/paperwork. That said, anyone with half a brain would know to call the town court. But it would have been nice to hear back from them sooner. Overall, a positive experience and I am grateful for their service.

Rakesh helped represent me for a traffic violation, reducing the 5-point, $400 fine mobile phone violation to a 0-point, $150 fine parking violation. This is exactly what I sought help for and I was impressed with the customer service and timeliness of the case's closure. I received an email before the court date was scheduled and the matter was already taken care of for me-- no court appearances and no hassle.

I highly recommend the services of this law firm and in particular Rakesh Joshi. They were professional, prompt, friendly, clear, digital, knowledgeable, efficient, and proficient. They were able to represent on my behalf regarding a major speeding ticket in a remote town court and able to resolve it satisfactorily, exactly as they had explained and predicted. Bottom line: they got it done and it was easy.

I recently hired Rakesh Joshi with the Law Office of Ken McCauley to represent me. I live six hours away from Albany, New York and the court situation required my presence which would have been difficult. Not only was he knowledgeable and thorough in his support, but he was sympathetic to my situation which was complex at the time. He provided excellent service and I would highly recommend him.

Ken assisted me with my first traffic violation due to an accident that I had been involved in months earlier. I had made a mistake in the process and because of that my license was suspended. I was concerned not only because my license was suspended but also because of the large financial penalties associated with my mistake. To add to this I had moved out of state and across the country so I was unable to be present for any of the court process. Ken handled the whole case for me and in the end saved me stress, time AND money. I would recommend Ken and his colleagues for any traffic violation. Thank you again!"

I had received a few criminal charges, that I could have been looking at some jail time. I was afraid of my punishment and as well as how much money I would have to spend on a quality lawyer. Ken was not only an excellent lawyer but was very reasonable on pricing. He treated me like a friend not just dollar signs and worked very hard on my case. He also helped me I was able to avoid any jail time and without saying too much was extremely pleased with the outcome of the ordeal.

If you want a lawyer who will put a lot of effort and focus on whatever legal issue you're dealing with, as well as treat you well and help you feel at ease... I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

A friend of mine had run into some really bad luck. While on his road trip to Albany, he was pulled over for speeding over 20 miles, in a work zone. FYI all fines for tickets in work zones are DOUBLED. If that wasn't enough bad fortune - the police officer also cited him for an Aggravated Unlicensed Operator ticket - mistakenly identifying him as someone else who had a suspended license.

The Aggravated Unlicensed Operator is actually a criminal charge, and if not handled properly, even though my friend was innocent, he could have had his driving privileges revoked.

Understanding the seriousness of the matter - I proceeded to contact all of the major criminal traffic defense attorneys in the Albany area. None were as receptive, knowledgeable and passionate about my case than the Law Office of Ken McCauley.

The lawyer assigned to my case was a professional throughout the entire process, taking care to educate us about the Albany traffic court system, took his time to answer all of our concerns and maintained proper contact until the completion of the case.

On top of that - the quoted prices for the services were better than the rest.

Here are the results of the case:

Aggravated Unlicensed Operator - DISMISSED.

Speeding in a Work Zone 75/55 (4 POINTS and Double Fines) - Parking Ticket (Fine $100.00, Zero Point, Zero Surcharge)

The results speak for themselves. I could not have been more satisfied with the service and most importantly, the results of the case.

If you are looking for a traffic court or criminal defense lawyer in the upstate New York/Albany area who offers the best bang for the buck, I highly recommend the Law Office of Ken McCauley.

When I got a couple of b.s. traffic tickets, I thought I was gonna be out a lot of $ AND see my insurance rates go through the roof. Ken was able to advise me on the best way to proceed, and pled the tickets (worth $400 or something like that all put together) down to a single parking ticket.
