Called and emailed for initial discussion. 2 months later, after being told they would look into everything and be in touch, I called to check on the status and see how they were making out gathering info. Instead of actually looking into things, they had filed my info away and hadn’t bothered reaching out once to let me know they were too busy to handle the case. Supremely disappointed for the time wasted.
